Soft Skill Requirement
This person upon joining the team is expected to be able to perform in two key areas:
Be part of Accenture proposal team:
- Ability to provide insights into core banking processes, either within specific product area, and or across all products.
- Ability to craft the overall business solution proposition in response to a client's requirements
- Ability to estimate the effort required to deliver the solution
Delivery:
- Responsible for delivery of large scale programmes
- Shape the business solution
- Develop a target operating model
- Develop the overall process model
- Articulate the organisational changes that the new solution requires
- Report the status of the area responsible
- Managing budget, resource and timeline
To achieve the above, the person must have the following qualifications:

Experience in the banking industry from either a Banking Product Area (eg: Product Managers) OR Core banking vendor business analyst resources minimum 3yrs

Experience in a project environment - Managing or leading a team in a project, and exposure to project lifecycle for Managerial Level
