My high profile client is urgently looking to appoint a Russian Speaking Personal Assistant, who has at least two years plus knowledge/experience within quality restaurant operations coupled with having or currently working as a Personal Assistant.
The candidate will also need to have a very good command of English, IT Literate, especially in Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
You will be the main point of contact between the client and his Head Chefs and General Managers, and will deal with any enquiries, concerns and business matters that arise, which is to be communicated between the client and his team.
A part of your role will involve traveling between restaurants in London, and eventually overseas, where my client has operations.
Your hours (as required) will be a mix of working from home and the office, so this is not a Monday - Friday - 9-5 role, thus flexibility is extremely important and you will need to be available at short notice.
A laptop, company mobile, company credit card will be provided and possible travel allowance - TBC.
